Seller Terms and Conditions

Some sellers have unique selling terms and conditions.

The policies posted on our sites set out the terms of your access and use of Pickles Asia Sdn Bhd’s services.

Auction Terms and Conditions, including registration, bidding, winning, ownership transfers, “AS IS” condition, and refunds shall be governed by https://www.pickles.my/auction-terms.

Online Platforms Terms of Use govern the use of our Online Platforms and can be found at

e-Invoicing - Effective July 2025, validated invoices will be available in your MyInvois portal within 14 working days from the date of purchase, provided you have submitted your e-Invoice details to Pickles. To update your e-Invoice details, please refer to our FAQ If you require a copy of the LHDN-validated e-Invoice, please email [email protected] within 24 working hours of your purchase, including your e-Invoice details and purchase information. We will respond within 7 working days. For requests submitted after 24 working hours, you may refer directly to your MyInvois portal for the validated invoice, or alternatively, use our system-generated invoice as proof for your tax submission, provided your e-Invoice details have been submitted.
