Expression of Interest (EOI)
Removal & Disposal of Approximately 18,000 MT of Fiberboard Debris

Pickles Asia Sdn. Bhd. ("Pickles"), on behalf of the Vendor, invites qualified contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the removal and disposal of approximately 18,000 metric tonnes of fiberboard debris located in Penang.

This contract presents an excellent opportunity for experienced land clearing contractors, earthwork contractors, waste management companies, industrial cleaning contractors, logistics providers, and environmental service companies to undertake a large-scale removal and disposal project.

The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all manpower, machinery, transportation, loading, disposal, and associated services required to complete the project in accordance with the Vendor's safety requirements and applicable regulations.

EOI Submission Timeline:
EOI Opens: 9:00 AM (MYT), Monday, 6 July 2026
EOI Closes: 4:00 PM (MYT), Monday, 27 July 2026

Project Location:

The appointed contractor shall undertake:

• Collection and loading of fiberboard debris
• Transportation
• Disposal at an authorised dumping site or approved contractor premises
• Supply of all manpower, machinery and equipment
• Compliance with all applicable safety requirements
• Site housekeeping upon completion

The contractor is responsible for all transportation, disposal fees, equipment, labour, permits and associated costs necessary to complete the project.
