EOI – Cement Plant Obsolete Spare Parts Inventory (Scrap)

Pickles Asia Sdn. Bhd. (“Pickles”), on behalf of the Vendor, invites interested parties to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the sale of a complete inventory of obsolete mechanical, electrical and operational spare parts from a cement manufacturing plant in Perak.

The inventory includes various industrial components, machinery spares and maintenance materials suitable for machinery traders, industrial recyclers, scrap dealers and spare-parts stockists.

The entire inventory is offered as ONE COMPLETE LOT. Individual or partial offers will not be accepted.

EOI Submission Period:

• Location: Padang Rengas, Perak

The inventory covers nine stock groups and includes:

• Major cement plant spare parts
• Gyratory crusher components
• Mechanical and electrical spare parts
• Motors, reducers and burner components
• General maintenance parts and consumables
• Other obsolete industrial machinery components and scrap materials

All assets are offered as part of a single bulk disposal package.

3–4, 10–11 and 17–18 November 2026

Viewing sessions:
10:30 AM–12:30 PM or 2:30 PM–4:30 PM

Location: Padang Rengas, Perak.

Advance registration is required at least two days before the viewing date. A maximum of three registered representatives per company is permitted.

4. Submit your completed EOI form, supporting documents and required deposit before 20 November 2026, 4:00 PM.

Important: Offers must cover the complete inventory as one lot. A 10% Buyer's Premium applies, and a refundable EOI deposit is required upon submission.
